Burstamp maintains quality stocks of most pre-Decimal Australian and early New Guinea and Papua stamps, all priced fairly according to their grades. Our comprehensive listings in this site provide –

• A range of pictured, individually described and priced stamps; and
• A price list extract for each value and type indicating prices for various standard grades

PAYMENT FOR GOODS

Payment must accompany orders, please. Apart from Paypal, we accept payments by Visa and Mastercard, direct deposit, money order and cheque (the latter generally from established clients). Please contact us if you wish to pay using a method other than Paypal.

DESPATCH OF PURCHASES

We undertake to despatch your order within seven (7) days. Generally, they will be posted the next working day. The only thing that would delay despatch is our attendance at a stamp show or the like.

POSTAGE ON ORDERS

Postage is FREE - we cover the cost of postage and insurance for all direct purchases from this site.

TAX INVOICES

– For purchases from our Direct Order section, we will absorb the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable. All Australian purchasers will be issued a Tax Invoice .

RETURNS OF PURCHASES

We adopt a no-quibbles policy if customers return their purchases, provided –

• Stamps are returned in the same condition as despatched;
• Those returns must occur within 14 days of despatch; and
• The original Tax Invoice accompanies the returned stamps.

The postage cost for the return of stamps will generally be the responsibility of the returner.
